Every plan sends through the same infrastructure, the same admission gate, and the same deliverability engineering. There is no fast lane we're holding back.

What each feature means, in plain words

Emails / month & overage — how many emails your plan includes. Go over and each extra 1,000 costs the overage rate; nothing gets blocked or throttled.

Contacts & subscribers: unlimited — we never bill you for the size of your audience. A million subscribers costs the same as a hundred; you pay only when you actually send.

Sending domains — how many of your own domains (like yourbrand.com) can send through us. Each one gets verified so inboxes know your email is really yours.

Test sandbox — a practice mode that behaves exactly like real sending but never delivers anything. Try campaigns, test your signup flow, run your app's tests — free and unlimited on every plan.

“Sent with Email Fast” footer — free-tier emails carry one small line at the bottom linking here. Every paid plan removes it.

Dedicated IP — your own sending address on the internet, so your reputation with Gmail and Outlook is yours alone, not shared with other senders. Worth it once you send steadily at volume; we manage the technical warm-up for you.

Newsletters, archive, RSS, forms — the full publishing kit: write and send issues, get a public web archive readers can browse and search engines can find, an RSS feed, and hosted signup forms with confirmation emails (double opt-in) built in.

Automations & A/B testing — welcome series, drip sequences, and “if this, then that” email flows you design on a visual canvas — plus subject-line tests with statistics that don't fool you.

Proof-of-delivery certificates — every delivered email can produce a signed, independently checkable receipt showing when it was delivered and which server accepted it. Useful when it really matters that a message arrived — invoices, legal notices, client work.

BYOK / at-rest encryption — your organization holds its own encryption keys. Turn it on and your stored message content becomes unreadable to everyone without your key — including us. Revoke the key and it's unreadable everywhere, instantly.

DLP gateway, SSO/SCIM — enterprise guardrails: automatic blocking of sensitive data (like card numbers) in outbound email with a second-person approval step, plus company login (single sign-on) and automatic user provisioning for IT teams.

Questions, answered plainly

Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. 2,500 emails a month, one sending domain, full platform features, and an unlimited test sandbox — it never expires and never requires a card. Free-tier emails carry a small “Sent with Email Fast” footer; every paid plan removes it.

Which plan should I pick?

Match it to your sending, not your list size. A personal project or a small list fits Free or Starter. A newsletter you publish every week, or an app emailing real users daily, fits Creator. If you're sending most days to a large audience, Growth; past a million emails a month, Scale. When compliance people join the conversation, talk to us about Enterprise.

Why don't you charge per contact?

Because your audience isn't our cost driver — sending is. Per-contact pricing punishes you for growing and for keeping inactive readers you might win back: contacts and subscribers are never billed — we price sending, not the size of your audience.

What counts as an email?

One accepted message to one recipient. Sandbox sends are free and unlimited on every plan. Batch calls count per recipient.

What happens if I go over my plan's emails?

Nothing breaks and nothing is throttled — extra emails are billed at your plan's per-1,000 overage rate, listed right in the table. If you're consistently over, the next tier up is almost always cheaper.

What does the footer on the free tier say?

A single line — “Sent with Email Fast” — linking here. It's how the free tier pays for itself without expiring, and it's disclosed here rather than discovered later. On a newsletter it matters more than on a receipt, which is why we say it plainly: paid plans remove it.
