Pricing promises

Two of our pricing claims are brand-defining, so we write them as commitments here — not just as marketing on the pricing page.

Facts verified 2026-07-19 — corrections: hello@emailfast.dev

This page states commitments in plain policy terms so you can cite it. It is a commitment, not legal advice; the binding contract is our Terms, and this page is being finalized with counsel before general availability.

What we promise

We never bill for the size of your audience. contacts and subscribers are never billed — we price sending, not the size of your audience. Growing your list, or keeping inactive readers you might win back, will never by itself cost you more. Price is driven by sending volume, listed on the pricing page.

The free tier does not expire. The free plan is a permanent tier, not a trial. It requires no card, and it keeps its stated monthly sending allowance, one sending domain, full platform features, and an unlimited test sandbox. Free-tier emails carry a small "Sent with Email Fast" footer, disclosed up front; any paid plan removes it.

What "unlimited" does and doesn't mean

Unlimited means unbilled, not unbounded. Anti-abuse and platform-integrity limits exist on every plan and are described in our acceptable use policy. They protect the sending network and other customers; they are not a pricing mechanism, and you cannot be upsold past them.
