Assets and boilerplate for writing about Email Fast. For anything not covered here: press@emailfast.dev.
Boilerplate
One line: Email Fast is the email platform you can verify — a transactional API, newsletter product, and automation engine on independently operated infrastructure, with cryptographic proof of delivery and customer-held encryption keys.
One paragraph: Email Fast is a complete email platform — transactional API, newsletters, and automation — built and operated independently rather than resold from an upstream provider. Its distinguishing features are verifiability primitives: Ed25519-signed delivery certificates chained into a tamper-evident ledger, customer-held encryption keys (BYOK) with an instant revoke kill-switch, opt-in at-rest encryption of message content, a fail-closed data-loss-prevention gateway, and drop-in API compatibility with SendGrid, Mailgun, and Postmark. It is currently in early access at emailfast.dev.
Brand assets
- Logo (SVG) — the seal + wordmark, light backgrounds
- Seal mark (SVG) — square icon variant
- Wordmark text: Email Fast — two words, both capitalized. Not "EmailFast", not "email-fast" (the latter appears only in package names and code)
Usage: don't recolor the seal, don't imply endorsement, and don't use the marks on materials that suggest we authored them. Nominative references in comparisons and reviews are of course fine.
Facts a journalist can check
- 14 runtime dependencies — visible in the open manifest
- 75/75 tenant tables under database-enforced row-level isolation, with a structural guard that fails the build if a new table ever lacks it.
- a 19-stage adversarial security review, run to zero confirmed findings — methodology described on the security page
- as of July 2026, none of the twelve competitor platforms we surveyed offers customer-held encryption keys for message content — the closest, a healthcare email provider, documents that its master keys live in its own cloud KMS.
