## What this page becomes

The platform ships its own public trust-portal machinery — live pool health, incident
history, and delivery latency, with tamper-evident SLA-credit ledgers. When live
sending opens, that board replaces this page, and the numbers on it will come from
the same pipeline that sends the mail — not from a marketing CMS.



Incidents, when they happen, will be reported here plainly: what broke, what it
affected, what we changed. No "degraded performance for some users" euphemisms.
